Shipping & Return
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Your order will be shipped with DHL Parcel services.
Our atelier's shipping day is Saturdays.
Please note that orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import duty and taxes.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. Should you find your item damaged upon arrival, please remember to take a photo showing how it was delivered to you before writing us.
If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused purchase within 14 days.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.

There is no minimum order value.
If items with different delivery times have been ordered as part of the order, we will ship all products together, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.
The items ordered will be packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays that are caused by our logistics partner and that can occur, for example, in the run-up to Christmas or in extreme weather conditions.
If personal delivery is not possible, the package will either be delivered again, left with a neighbor or in a DHL package shop near you. You can then collect the package within the next 7 working days before it is sent back to us. If you do not pick up your package on time, it may be subject to additional costs.
